Who We Are
398pkr is an English-language online betting and casino platform built from the ground up for Pakistani players. We combine international-standard gaming with a deep understanding of what Pakistani users actually want — PKR pricing, cricket-first sports coverage, mobile-optimised design and support you can reach at any hour.
Our Story
398pkr started with a straightforward observation: Pakistani online bettors were underserved. Platforms aimed at European or South-East Asian markets rarely offered PKR-native interfaces, cricket-first sports lobbies, or customer support that understood the local time zone and cultural context. Players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar were navigating platforms clearly designed for someone else.
We set out to fix that. 398pkr is an English-language platform written and structured specifically for Pakistani users — from the way we display balances in PKR throughout the cashier, to the PSL and ICC tournament coverage that sits front-and-centre in our sportsbook, to the Easypaisa and JazzCash familiarity reflected in our payment information pages.
We are not affiliated with any Pakistani government authority, financial regulator or sports league. We do not hold a local Pakistani gambling licence and we do not claim one. We operate transparently, clearly state our terms, and hold user responsibility at the core of everything we do. Players are encouraged to verify the legality of online gambling in their own jurisdiction before participating.
398pkr does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and does not claim endorsement by any Pakistani government authority, regulator or financial institution. Online gambling may be restricted in Pakistan under the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977. Users are solely responsible for verifying applicable local law before participating. Adults 18+ only.
Our Journey
A team with backgrounds in sports media, fintech and online gaming identifies a clear gap: Pakistani bettors deserve a platform that speaks their language — literally and contextually.
Core platform development focuses on mobile-first architecture, PKR display throughout, Pakistan Standard Time clocks and English-language copy written for local readers, not translated from elsewhere.
PSL, bilateral series and ICC tournament coverage added to the sportsbook alongside football, UFC and esports. Cricket markets — match winner, toss, top batter, in-play — become the platform's signature offering.
Slots, table games, live dealer rooms and instant crash games added to the lobby. All game categories accessible via a mobile-optimised browser — no mandatory app download required.
Continuous improvement: expanded responsible gambling tools, 24/7 English support with Urdu available on request, transparent bonus terms and a growing VIP loyalty programme.
Mission & Values
Six principles guide every decision at 398pkr — from the copy we write to the tools we build into every player account.
Bonus terms, wagering requirements, withdrawal limits and game RTPs are written in plain English with no buried small print. We would rather lose a registration than mislead a player. If a term is unclear, we rewrite it — not hide it.
More than 85% of online activity in Pakistan happens on a mobile device. Every screen, menu, cashier flow and game launcher at 398pkr is designed for smaller viewports first — desktop is the enhancement, not the baseline.
Responsible gambling tools — deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, reality checks, self-exclusion — are built into the platform by default, not buried in settings. We want players to stay in control at all times.
Pakistan lives cricket. PSL, bilateral series against India, England, Australia and ICC tournaments are given the same front-page prominence that European platforms give to the Premier League. We understand why match days feel like national events.
Your balance displays in Pakistani Rupees throughout the platform — in the cashier, the game lobby, the bonus wallet and the withdrawal screen. Familiar payment references like Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast are highlighted in our payment guides. Availability is always confirmed inside the cashier.
Live chat and email support run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in English. Urdu assistance is available on request. Our support agents are briefed on Pakistani context — they understand PST time zone, local banking nuances and culturally appropriate communication.
Our Platform
398pkr brings together a complete online betting and casino offering under one roof. Whether you follow Pakistan's batting lineup through every ICC match, prefer the fast pace of live roulette or enjoy spinning through a slots lobby after a long day in Lahore or Karachi, the platform has you covered.
All products are accessible via a standard mobile browser — no mandatory app download or APK side-loading required, though app options may be available.
The People Behind the Platform
398pkr is run by specialists across six core functions — all working toward the same goal: a better betting experience for Pakistani players.
Platform development, performance, mobile optimisation and cashier infrastructure.
Sports pricing, cricket market creation, odds management and in-play trading.
24/7 English live chat and email support. Urdu assistance on request for Pakistani users.
Identity verification, responsible gambling enforcement and account integrity checks.
Cashier management, withdrawal processing and payment method guidance for Pakistani players.
English-language copywriting, localisation for Pakistani audiences and interface design.
Responsible Gambling
At 398pkr, responsible gambling isn't a checkbox — it's woven into the platform. Every account includes access to deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, reality-check pop-ups and a self-exclusion option that can be activated immediately. We actively encourage players to use these tools, not just acknowledge they exist.
Gambling is entertainment. It carries real financial risk, and it is never a guaranteed source of income. If you feel your play is becoming a problem, please visit our Responsible Gambling page for guidance and tools, or use the self-exclusion option directly inside your account settings.
