These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 398pkr ("398pkr", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 398pkr website, mobile interface, sportsbook, casino games, live dealer services and all associated features (collectively, "the Services").

By creating an account, accessing any part of the platform or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms that apply to individual offers.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 398pkr platform. 398pkr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User on the 398pkr platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a User's Account, displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or such other currency as may be supported.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits or free spin credits awarded under a specific promotion, subject to separate promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by 398pkr in accordance with its compliance obligations.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which use of 398pkr's Services is prohibited by applicable law or excluded by 398pkr at its sole discretion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Stake" means the amount of real-money or bonus funds placed on a single bet or game round.
• "Services" means collectively the sportsbook, casino, live dealer, instant games, esports and all other products and features available through the 398pkr platform.

To register and maintain an account on 398pkr, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the licence jurisdiction applicable to your use of the platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Services from a Restricted Territory.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent or direct family member of an employee of 398pkr or any affiliated entity.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list, including any self-exclusion applied via the 398pkr responsible gambling tools.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

398pkr expressly prohibits use of its platform by minors. If we have reason to believe that an account holder is under the applicable minimum age, that account will be suspended immediately and all transactions will be subject to review. 398pkr is not responsible for any loss suffered by a minor who gains access to the platform in breach of these Terms.

Each individual may hold only one registered account with 398pkr. Multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances, including any pending withdrawals.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly notify 398pkr of any changes by contacting our support team. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. All activity conducted through your account is deemed to be your own, whether or not you have authorised that activity. You must notify 398pkr immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

398pkr may, at its sole discretion, require enhanced KYC documentation at any time including but not limited to: national identity card, passport, utility bills, bank statements or proof of payment method. Requests must be fulfilled within the timeframe specified by the compliance team. Accounts under review may have deposit, wagering or withdrawal functionality temporarily restricted.

398pkr accepts deposits via the methods listed in the cashier section of the platform at the time of the transaction. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah in our materials are provided as contextual information only and do not constitute any endorsement, partnership or guarantee of acceptance. • All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period. These are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly, subject to payment processor processing times and any compliance checks.
• Withdrawals are processed subject to: (a) successful KYC completion; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) withdrawal to the same method used for deposit wherever possible; and (d) any other conditions set out in applicable promotion terms.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed by 398pkr. 398pkr will endeavour to process withdrawal requests promptly but accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• 398pkr reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests. During such checks, withdrawal processing may be temporarily paused.

398pkr may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers and other incentives ("Promotions") to eligible players from time to time. Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail for matters specifically addressed therein.

The following general conditions apply to all Promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While bonus funds are active in your account, your maximum stake per bet or game round is subject to a cap specified in the individual promotion terms. Placing bets above this cap may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute varying percentages toward your wagering requirement. Refer to the game contribution schedule published on the promotions page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any bonus-derived winnings will be automatically removed from your account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated, only one active bonus may be held in your account at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a prior bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse and Misuse: 398pkr reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of errors, or promotion of coordinated wagering strategies designed to reduce risk below commercially normal levels.

All bets and game rounds placed through 398pkr are subject to the specific rules applicable to that sport, market or game type. These rules are accessible within the relevant product section of the platform and should be read before placing a wager.

• A bet is not accepted until confirmed by the platform and a bet reference is generated. Verbal acceptance or on-screen previews of odds do not constitute acceptance of a wager.
• 398pkr reserves the right to limit, restrict or refuse any bet at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
• In the event of a system error, network fault or data feed failure that results in incorrect odds, settlement or game outcomes being displayed, 398pkr reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its discretion.
• Sports betting results are determined by official results from the relevant governing body. Where a result is disputed or subject to appeal, settlement may be delayed pending final confirmation.
• Live/in-play betting markets are subject to slight delays. You acknowledge that the state of play at the moment a bet is accepted may differ from what you observed on any broadcast or data feed.
• Casino and instant game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer procedures as applicable. RTP percentages displayed are theoretical return-to-player values over a statistically large number of rounds and are not a guarantee of individual session returns.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening more than one registered account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or technical glitches in the platform's software to gain an undue advantage.
• Engaging in coordinated or "arbitrage" wagering strategies structured specifically to abuse promotional offers or guarantee a risk-free return.
• Using the platform to fund, transfer or disguise the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening members of the 398pkr support team or other users.

By 398pkr: 398pkr may suspend or permanently close your account at any time with or without prior notice in the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) failure to satisfactorily complete KYC; (c) suspicion of fraudulent, money-laundering or other criminal activity; (d) instruction from a regulatory body or law enforcement authority; or (e) for any other reason at 398pkr's sole discretion where it deems closure necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or its users.

By You: You may close your account at any time by contacting the 398pkr support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding KYC requirements must be completed and any applicable wagering requirements applicable to active bonus funds will be assessed. Real-money balances, net of any applicable deductions permitted under these Terms, will be returned to you following successful identity verification.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any Content without prior written permission from 398pkr.

Use of 398pkr's branding, name or logo in any external material, social media post or third-party publication without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 398pkr and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

398pkr does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service disruptions or events beyond 398pkr's reasonable control may result in temporary or extended unavailability of all or part of the Services.

398pkr makes no warranty that: (a) the platform will meet your requirements; (b) results obtained through use of the platform will be accurate or reliable; or (c) errors in the software or content will be corrected within any particular timeframe.

Your use of 398pkr involves the collection and processing of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes but is not limited to: name, date of birth, contact details, device and browser information, financial transaction data, KYC documentation and gameplay data. This data is used for account management, compliance, fraud prevention, customer support and, where consent has been given, marketing communications.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 398pkr's operating entity is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 398pkr, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team at the address provided in Section 15. 398pkr will use its reasonable endeavours to resolve your complaint within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as specified in the licence terms governing the platform's operation. Nothing in this clause prevents 398pkr from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.

398pkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document will be updated. Where practicable, 398pkr will provide advance notice of significant changes via the platform or by email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Services following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 398pkr recommends bookmarking this page and checking it before using the platform following any period of absence.
